NovaWorks Terms of Service

Effective date: May 10, 2026

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of NovaWorks, a Vibnox-powered platform provided to skilled-trade organizations for estimate generation, invoice delivery, payment tracking, customer communications, and related workflow management.

1. Scope

NovaWorks is provided to business customers and their authorized team members. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:
- keeping login credentials secure
- limiting platform access to authorized personnel
- ensuring customer and project information entered into the system is accurate
- promptly notifying Vibnox or your organization administrator of unauthorized access

3. Acceptable Use

You may not:
- misuse the platform to transmit unlawful, misleading, infringing, or abusive material
- attempt to bypass security controls or access data belonging to another tenant
- interfere with platform stability, availability, or monitoring systems

4. Service Availability

NovaWorks is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. Vibnox may perform maintenance, upgrades, security updates, or emergency interventions as needed to protect platform integrity.

5. Billing and Subscription

Access to paid features depends on your organization’s active subscription plan and account standing. Trial, paid, past-due, canceled, and restricted states may affect access to features or login-protected areas of the platform.

6. Customer Communications

The platform may send emails, approvals, estimates, invoices, reminders, and related notices on behalf of your organization. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to contact your end clients and to send them business records through the platform.

7. Data and Records

You retain responsibility for the business records, customer data, photos, and documents submitted by your organization. Vibnox processes this information to operate, secure, maintain, and improve NovaWorks for authorized use.

8. Termination

Vibnox or the subscribing organization may suspend or terminate access where required by law, security needs, misuse, or non-payment. Reasonable access controls may remain in effect after termination to protect records and legal obligations.

9. Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, and liability is limited to direct damages arising from authorized platform use.
